TheElement started out as DJ ZY in the 1991 with residencies at Paradise City  Radio , Leeds Underground Radio , from there he gained residency DJing at the Palm Cove Club , Capricorn Club , Queens Hall Utopia events and Physics All-nighters DJing long side Sasha , Nipper , DJ Welly , Piano Man , Paul Taylor  and many more TheElement then took a break and went to University to study Music Technology and Sound Engineering where he passed with distinction After leaving University TheElement focused on production and currently has over 100 releases to date releasing on labels DIM MAK , Audiophile , Bonerising , BombSquad , Dirty Korner , Digital Empire , Multikill Recordings , and many more TheElement won remix completions for Prime loops , CR2 Records and  Spinnin Records , TheElement also had 4 tracks in the Top 10 chart at Spinnin Records Talent Pool . TheElement also remixed the classic Electro House track by Autoerotique called A.U.H which was featured on the Kids Don’t Care EP Released by DIM MAK Records , the AUH remix also made it into the Beatport Top 100 Singles Chart and was also featured in the Top 20 remixes of the last 10 years  Currently TheElement is building his own label called Dirty Korner Recordings and looks forward to  releasing more of his productions this year .
