Happy Colors is a Dominican born and Miami raised world bass music producer and DJ. His style of making electronic music is a culmination of his unique influences: moombahton, cumbia, bachata, and merengue combine with his own creativity that enhances the flavor of dance music. He was recently interviewed by Vice's music channel Noisey on his unique take on electronic music (here), with his music video for his song "Hay Mi Madre" featured in the video interview with Noisey (here). He was as well interviewed by Vice's electronic music blog, Thump, on his identity as Happy Colors and his influence on Miami EDM (here). His song "Tiripa" with JSTJR was released in November on Diplo's label Mad Decent (here), and is being played around the world by the Diplo and Skrillex power collaboration known as Jack Ü.
