About this Song
Seeing many remixes remain in the minor key, I decided to turn the song on its head and put my own twist: Multiple Keys!
The first minute builds the scene in D major. The midsection switches to its relative minor, B natural minor, with a borrowed chord from F major, then switches back to D major for the final crescendo. With a distinct leitmotif and melody spread throughout, this song hopes to bring you into a whole new atmosphere.
*Note: Mastered at -14 LUFS, the song preserves its dynamic range, as well as being perfect for major streaming platforms like YouTube, iTunes, TIDAL, and Amazon Music with 0.0 dB audio reduction.
Also, yes. I did use the stems.
Edit: I asked my friend to listen to this a few hours before publishing. He put it on a playlist then started playing Civilization VI. When the song came on he mistook it as the actual in-game soundtrack. Haha!
