Can I enter contests on my phone or mobile device?
Yes, you can enter contests on your mobile device. However, it is not recommended to download the stem pack on a mobile phone or small mobile device. To ensure you have no technical issues, we reocmmend you use a desktop or laptop computer to download a stem pack.
Can I enter download stems or samples on my phone or mobile device?
On some larger mobile devices with a solid internet connection or data plan, you can download stems or samples on your mobile device. However, it is not recommended to download the stem pack on a mobile phone or small mobile device. To ensure you have no technical issues, we recommend you use a desktop or laptop computer to download a stem pack.
Can I upload songs or remixes from my mobile device?
Yes, you can upload songs or remixes from your mobile device using the SKIO app. Simply select the contest you want to submit to and upload your track. However some smaller mobile devices, or devices with a poor internet connection or small data plans might experience issues. To ensure you have no technical issues, we recommend you use a desktop or laptop computer to upload your music.
How can I access SKIO on my mobile device?
SKIO is compatible with all mobile devices. Just log into SKIO from Chrome or your favorite web browser.
How do I contact customer support through the SKIO app?
You can contact customer support by clicking on the “Contact Us” button in the app’s settings menu. This will allow you to submit a support request directly to the SKIO team.
Is there a SKIO App?
Currently, there is no SKIO mobile app available to download.
