The SKIO Community

The SKIO Community has grown rapidly since its inception in 2015, and currently consists of over 650,000 members from around the world.

SKIO helps artists by providing a range of free resources and opportunities, including remix contests, original song contests, production challenges, collaboration tools, and industry connections. SKIO also offers educational resources and professional development opportunities to help artists improve their skills and advance their careers. Additionally, SKIO leverages the size of their community and industry network to secure great deals and discounts on high quality plugins, sample packs and creator tools for the Community to enjoy, and they share the benefits with the Community by offering Store Credit and rewards for supporting the SKIO Store.

SKIO is on a mission to power the world’s creativity. We have already raised the bar on remix and music contests, and we’ll continue to do so as long as we’re around. But we are not stopping there. Our small but experienced team is always building, partnering and seeking new opportunities for the SKIO Community and for the music industry as a whole.

The SKIO Community is global and has members from all around the world, including North America, Europe, Asia, and beyond. In fact, SKIO has members in over 190 countries which powerfully demonstrates that music can connect all of us, regarless of our age, language, race, religion or nationality.

The SKIO Community consists of a diverse group of music creators, including producers, songwriters, vocalists, and instrumentalists. SKIO Community members are passionate about creating music and collaborating with others to achieve their artistic goals.

The SKIO Community is important because it provides a home for music creators to connect, collaborate, and share their work with others. By fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, the SKIO Community helps all it’s music creators to grow their skills and reach a wider audience. If you are like us, you may have grown up in a place where it is hard to find other artists, musicians or producers to learn from and share your passion for creating with. By growing and developing with the SKIO Community, you actually help the attract more opportunities for everyone in the community to benefit from. For example, would The Chainsmokers, Milky Chance or nearly 400 other artists and labels choose SKIO to run their remix contests unless we had hundreds of thousands of awesome producers with a great mindset in our community?
