Unfortunately, we cannot authorize the use of unlicensed remixes or songs with unlicensed samples on SKIO. In accordance with our Terms of Use we require that all songs uploaded to SKIO are done so by the content owner, or with explicit permission from all necessary parties, such as record labels, rights collective agencies, publishers, songwriters, etc.

If you have already uploaded a bootleg remix or unlicensed audio, please change the visibility settings on the track to “Draft” instead of “Public” and contact our legal department at copyright@skiomusic.com for further information and assistance in clearing these rights.
