Born Daniele Arcangeli, Italian producer Arcangeli broke onto the European electronic scene in 2013 with a remix of Onerepublic – Counting Stars. Though known for his glitch, pulsing production, Daniele Arcangeli’s musical journey began in the acoustic realm. Born into a musical family, the future producer cut his teeth on the piano at four years old and eventually moved on to drums and played in a rock band before being drawn into the digital world in 2009. Daniele Arcangeli built a name for himself with his remixes of artists like Lady Gaga, Ellie Goulding, and John Newman while also releasing his own singles and EPs. In 2014, the young producer delivered his first full-length, whose lead single, “Moon Hunters,”. One of the follow-ups, “Can’t Get Enough (Arcangeli Remix)” featuring Mariah McManus. Arcangeli was raised in rome, Italy by two classically trained musicians, he began playing the piano at the age of four and built up his knowledge of the Classical repertoire throughout his childhood, at times writing a song a day. At age twelve, Daniele learned to play the drums. As a preteen he was already composing and producing numerous rock songs in his band’s own studio. As the aughts progressed, Daniele’s awareness of other genres widened, and in 2013 his interest in producing electronic music was piqued after hearing the Canadian producer deadmau5. With his gift for musicality and background in instrumentation, composition and production, the move into the realm of electronic dance music was seamless.
